New Year, New You? It All Starts With The Perfect Sports Bra.

Is it your New Year’s resolution to get fit and active? Why don’t you kick start it by finding the perfect sports bra.

Charlotte Topping06 January 2015

So it has come to that time of year again where we tell ourselves we are going to start the gym and eat healthier and suddenly turn into super women, ok I may be slightly over exaggerating, but it’s true that starting a New Year is the perfect excuse to forget our ‘so called’ bad habits and start a fresh, un-fortunately for most of us that means participating in some kind of exercise.

After you have contemplated on what physical activity would suit you best it is now time to choose the perfect sports bra. Different types of sports and physical activities require different levels of support in a bra and it is so important that you find the right one. Not being correctly supported while exercising can trigger a string of problems, something you definitely don’t want. Take a look at our past blog post Your guide to finding the perfect sports bra for advice and information on different types of sports bras and what type you would best be suited to.

Panache Non-Wired Sports Bra- Geo Print

One of my favourite sports bras at the moment has to be the Panache Non-wired Black Geo print bra. The modern yet not too over the top style, has been designed to give you maximum support which means the bra is suitable to wear for any physical activity.
I just adore the funky multi-coloured print on the sides of the bra which contrast against the black base. The fact that the print only covers sections of the bra means that you can add a burst of colour to your sportswear outfit without standing out too much, although you will be certain to get a bit of gym wear envy from others.

Panache Non-Wired Geo print sports bra j-hook attachment

The Panache Non-Wired Geo print sports bra has been designed to reduce bounce in your breasts by up to 83%. This is a great feature to look for when searching for a sports bra, particularly if you are bigger busted. The bra which features moulded cups, is made from a breathable mesh material helping to keep moisture away from the skin allowing you to stay cooler during your workout. As I have just mentioned the bra has been designed with moulded cups. This feature helps to prevent friction against the skin and gives you added support and hold.
As you may have noticed already, the bra is non-wired but don’t be put off by this (even if you are used to wearing a wired bra) as it has been specially designed to give you maximum support without the need for underwire. I personally think that this is a great attribute as it means the bra is a lot more comfortable and less restricting while you exercise.
Another great feature is the J-hook attachment (see image above) which pulls the two adjustable padded shoulder straps together at the back of the bra turning it into a racer-back style. A racer-back style allows for maximum movement of the back and arms without any strap slippage. The padding in the straps gives you added comfort particularly if you are doing an activity with lots of arm movement.

Panache black geo print briefs to match sports bra
The Panache Non-Wired Geo print sports bra comes with seam-free matching briefs. Like the bra the briefs feature a coloured print which can be found on a small strip along the waistband. This creates a striking contrast against the black base. The soft fabric ensures you feel comfortable throughout your workout.

Are you ready to kick start your year in the wonderful Panache Non-Wired Geo print sports bra? We certainly are.
