Returns for UK website customers are tracked and free (UK websites customers only). Please ensure that you use the pre-paid label that is enclosed in your parcel.
Overseas customers may be able to benefit from Paypal's free return service. If you pay with Paypal you can register for free returns. Please note the Paypal 'Returns On Us' scheme is available in the US but currently not available in Canada. For more information and to see if you qualify for this service please see the link below.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return the order in the original packaging with labels intact within 28 days for a refund. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you paid for your goods with. Unwanted goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. Belle Lingerie reserve the right to refuse a refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged in any way. This does not affect your statutory rights.
It is important that you note that we must receive your item back in original perfect condition within 28 days (returns from outside the UK may be returned within 38 days).

Right to Cancel
You can cancel an order up to and including the 14th day after the delivery. You will need to contact us and let us know that you wish to cancel your order. You can contact us via email, telephone and online support to do this. Please send back the items no later than 14 days after telling us you wish to cancel. Please take care of the items and make sure that the item is returned in brand new perfect labelled condition. If you return all the items in an order, we’ll refund the cost of the returned items plus the delivery charge paid, if paid.
CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EU - If you are sending a order back from outside the EU please can you ensure that you state the parcel is a RETURN and write the following CPC code on both your customs returns form & on the outside of the parcel. CPC code: 6123FO
