Beat the heat with our edit of white lingerie, perfect for Summer. We're here to show you what type of lingerie to wear to help you keep cool during the warmer months. A lot of women struggle with the heat and tend not to change their lingerie with the seasons, but it is crucial that you adapt your lingerie to suit the changing weather just as you do your clothing. When choosing lingerie for the Summer months Firstly, choose fabrics that are thin, wearing heavily moulded or super padded styles under clothing adds layers and can make you feel hotter. Secondly, you need to choose light colours, as dark coloured lingerie will absorb heat alternatively light colours such as white will help to cool you down as they reflect heat.
