Belle respond quickly to potential problems
I didn't realise some of my ordered items were coming from another site. When i did, I had to change my address as i was moving around the country. When receiving notice my parcel had been dispatched, I noticed the address was my old address, so I got in touch. Belle responded very quickly, reassuring me my parcel had gone to the new address, which was a relief! It was a shame the mistake was made in the first place, but i can't fault Belle's response, and it was good to actually talk to a person! Parcel arrived very quickly too.
