Simple staples that go under everything! From the popular brands, we all know and love, we cannot recommend enough making sure you have a trusty backless bra to hand for every party season!

When it comes to sizing, even though the temptation may be to size up to stop the bra from being tight, we recommend sticking to your normal bra size. Usual backless bras have an elongated band which falls below the ribcage to allow for extra support and an open back feature; the cups can be moulded or even padded to accentuate your bust but sticking to your normal size is a great place to start! You can always check out our bra fitting guide if you think you need a remeasure! (Remember ladies, you should be doing a remeasure at least every 6 months!)

Stick-on bras are somewhat of a new concept for many people, and some are very reluctant to try them, but they’re a great alternative to the backless or even strapless bras which might show under your stunning outfits. Sticking to your usual cup size, you just gently stick the bra to your breasts and secure it at the centre gore if need be. This style is a great option to offer support, complete with a seamless finish meaning no compromising of any outfit! (That’s a win-win in our books!) This goes without saying, but again this is a style we recommend every woman should own!
