The only thing that I felt concerned about when I first put it on was that its sides didn't feel as supportive as the usual Empriente Thalia. However, this padded plunge version gives a completely smooth profile perfect for low cut v-neck tops and dresses. Once I adjusted the straps, it felt perfect on my shoulders. I wore it for a weekend for 8 hours each day for some functions, and for the first time in years, my back and shoulders did not ache. Unbelievable. You really do get what you pay for.
