About Delivery
All UK orders over £40, placed on our website, are eligible for both FREE Evri Tracked Delivery and also FREE Evri ParcelShop or Royal Mail Tracked 48 returns! Should you wish to return your item(s), for any reason, UK customers can visit our returns portal at https://belle-lingerie.shipping-portal.com/rp/ to take advantage of our free UK returns. Simply enter your order number and delivery postcode, then follow the steps advised. Select 'Printerless' when choosing your drop-off point and you will be provided with a QR code, which you can scan at your local ParcelShop to generate an Evri UK returns label. Please note: for International Returns, the returns postage is payable by the customer. Jersey, Guernsey, and Isle of Man are not part of the United Kingdom and are therefore not eligible for free UK delivery or returns.
Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on our quick shipping and we aim to ship your order within 1-2 days of your order being placed, subject to the 'shipping date' advised on the product(s) you have selected, on the product and basket pages. You will receive email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. If you require any further information regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.
*PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING POINTS.
- The cut-off time for UK Express Delivery orders is 3pm.
- UK Express Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 3pm will not ship until Monday, for Tuesday delivery.
- Free UK Postage is an Evri UK Standard tracked service. Delivery of your order can be expected within 2-5 working days from the date of dispatch.
- On the rare occasion that your item is not available, we will contact you immediately.
- Delivery to countries in the EU can be expected within 2 weeks, however, please allow 21 days for your order to arrive.
- Delivery to countries outside of the EU can be expected within 25 working days (5 weeks). Please ensure that this time has passed before querying the whereabouts of international orders, as it is possible that your order may pass through customs.
- All of our delivery services (both domestic and international) are tracked, giving you peace of mind as to the whereabouts of your order. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email and further updates once your order has been dispatched.
USA Orders
We regret that we are temporarily unable to ship to the USA. This is because of the new customs fees/tariffs enforced by the USA government on all imports into the USA. New customs fees/tariffs will come into effect as of 29th August 2025, and will apply to the country of manufacture/origin of the item(s) that you purchase. Currently, our couriers have removed the shipping services that we use to the USA and we can therefore no longer allow customers to checkout with delivery to the USA until further notice. We hope to have this resolved in the coming months.
EU Customs & Charges
From 01/01/2021, new tax changes apply to EU orders. Belle Lingerie is registered for the IOSS tax system using a third party, whereby customs duties and fees are included in the purchase price, for EU orders below 150 Euros. The tax is collected and paid directly to the tax system in your country, on your behalf.
If your order is over the value of 150 Euros, customs duties become payable on top of the order value. The delivery company/courier usually pays the tax directly to HMRC on your behalf, but you will have to repay the delivery company for the duty paid.
International Orders
Please note that all international orders will be subject to customs duties and import taxes. If you're an EU customer, and your order value is less than 150 Euros, the VAT (tax) element will be handled under the IOSS scheme. Any other duties that are charged by customs for the EU are payable by the customer. For all international orders outside of the UK and EU, all elements of tax and customs duties are payable by the customer and Belle Lingerie is not responsible for any post-dispatch charges relating to the importing of your order into your country.

Please note: due to the agreements that we have in place with couriers, we are only able to offer specific services, such as Royal Mail to Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man. Evri's Express Delivery service is also not available outside of mainland UK.

Postage charges are non-refundable on returns unless the goods are faulty, or we made an error and sent you an incorrect item. You are also responsible for the safe return of any returned item and we cannot be held responsible for missing items returned by yourselves, so please ensure you send items back by recorded delivery or obtain proof of posting from your post office.
Other Notes for Overseas Customers
Please note: Part-shipping of orders is not available for overseas customers. Orders shipping to countries outside of the UK will dispatch once all items on the order become allocated, as per the messaging displayed on the product pages and at the checkout.
Overseas customers will also need to ensure the safe return of items and note that postage charges cannot be refunded.
Dispatch of your item(s)
In stock items will dispatch as soon as your transaction has cleared - they will be shipped within 24 - 48 hours of payment being received (and cleared).
FREE Standard delivery within the UK will be posted with the services shown in the above table for your area/region. Delivery will be made with Evri or Royal Mail according to where you live. We offer our customers multiple delivery options at checkout, so you do have the option to pay to choose a specific service.
Items are generally received 3-5 working days in the UK and 1-2 weeks from order date worldwide, but if the items are ordered (upon request) specifically for you, a short time is required for the item to be sent from our manufacturers. We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched to you.
