About Delivery

All UK Mainland website orders over £75 are eligible for FREE UK Mainland Delivery, and also FREE UK Returns. UK Mainland Delivery is available for as little as £3.50 under £75, and UK Offshore, Highlands & Islands delivery starts at just £3.95! Specific delivery information and pricing can be found in the Delivery Services & Pricing section, further down this page.

Items will dispatch as soon as your transaction has cleared. All items will be dispatched in line with the lead times shown on the product pages, on the basket pages, and at the checkout.

Any item that states 'Express Delivery Available' means that this particular item is available for Express Delivery, should you wish to purchase this at checkout. If you do not purchase Express Delivery at checkout, items quoting 'Express Delivery Available' will be dispatched within 1-2 working days, but will be sent with a standard delivery service.

Items are generally received within 3-5 working days in the UK and 1-2 weeks from the order date internationally (subject to shipping lead times displayed on product pages). We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been dispatched to you.

UK & Islands Delivery Services & Pricing

We're pleased to offer a range of delivery services and couriers to our customers, giving you flexibility on delivery timescales and peace of mind. UK Mainland Delivery is FREE with Evri, when you spend over £75, or it is just £3.50 on orders under £75. Browse our delivery services and pricing below:

We pride ourselves on our quick shipping and we aim to ship your order within 1-2 days of your order being placed, subject to the 'shipping date' advised on the product(s) you have selected, on the product and basket pages. You will receive email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse. If you require any further information regarding the delivery of your order, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  • The cut-off time for UK Mainland Express Delivery & Next Day Delivery orders is 15:00 GMT
  • UK Mainland Express Delivery and Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 15:00 GMT will not ship until Monday.
  • All of our delivery services (both domestic and international) are tracked, giving you peace of mind as to the whereabouts of your order. You will automatically receive a tracking number via email and further updates once your order has been dispatched. You can use your tracking number and delivery postcode on the tracking portal above to track and trace your order.

International Orders

Please note that all international orders will be subject to customs duties and import taxes that are not within the control of Belle Lingerie. We kindly ask that you fully understand the typical taxes and duties applicable with purchasing from the UK prior to placing your order with us.

Please note: Part-shipping of orders is not available for overseas customers. Orders shipping to countries outside of the UK will dispatch once all items on the order become allocated, as per the messaging displayed on the product pages and at the checkout.

EU orders are dispatched with Royal Mail EU Tracked Delivery, costing £9.95

International Orders (outside of the UK and EU) are dispatched with Royal Mail Rest of World Tracked Delivery, costing £12.95

USA Orders

Orders to the USA are currently suspended due to customs duty issues. We are actively working on a new and improved USA experience from the late summer. Please check back later for more information.

EU Orders

From 01/01/2021, new tax changes apply to EU orders. Belle Lingerie is registered for the IOSS tax system using a third party, whereby customs duties and fees are included in the purchase price, for EU orders below 150 Euros. The tax is collected and paid directly to the tax system in your country, on your behalf.

If you're an EU customer, and your order value is less than 150 Euros, the VAT (tax) element will be handled under the IOSS scheme. Any other duties that are charged by customs for the EU are payable by the customer. For all international orders outside of the UK and EU, all elements of tax and customs duties are payable by the customer and Belle Lingerie is not responsible for any post-dispatch charges relating to the importing of your order into your country.

If your order is over the value of 150 Euros, customs duties become payable on top of the order value.

Delivery Charges

All delivery charges are non-refundable on returns, unless the goods are faulty, or we made an error and sent you an incorrect item. Customers are responsible for the safe return of any unwanted item and we cannot be held responsible for missing items that have been returned by customers. Please, kindly ensure you send items back via a tracked delivery service, if you are an international customer, or via our UK Returns Portal if you are a UK customer.
