DELIVERY / POSTING OF YOUR ITEM(S)
Many websites especially lingerie sites offer lingerie where they do not hold in stock. At Belle Lingerie items showing immediate delivery are in stock and can be delivered as soon as your transaction has cleared - they will be posted out within 24 working hours of payment being received (and cleared). Items showing immediate despatch can also be arranged by special delivery at the customers request. Please note items showing 3-4 day delivery can not be arranged by special delivery
Ordinary delivery within the UK will be posted 1ST Class and within 48 hours of order if item is in stock. If on the very rare occasion that the item is out of stock we will notify you immediately, advising you accordingly. If you are in the UK and have requested Special Delivery of your item you will receive your order (signed for) by noon the day after your item has been posted.
Items are generally received 3-4 working days in the UK and 1-2 weeks from order date worldwide, but on a few occasions the items are ordered (upon request) specifically for you and therefore a short time is required for the item to be made. We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been despatched to you.
