There is
something extremely sexy about sheer fabrics and when used in the right way
they can eject an abundance of sophistication and elegance. As we saw from the
2015 spring/summer catwalks, revealing designs and sheer materials are set to
be a popular trend this season. In the past it was always sheer black fabrics
that seemed to dominate but recently we have seen a lot more variety in colour,
texture and even pattern.
Sheer
materials have always been popular in lingerie as they are a great & easy
way to add sexiness and seductiveness without changing the style and shape of
the underwear. If you didn’t

The Freya Siren
is one of my new favourite lingerie ranges because it combines both sexiness
and femininity. You might already recognise the Siren range because it is a new
take on the popular Arabella, a previous range by Freya. Available
in both black and sunkissed, the Siren range is filled with both beautiful detailing
and classic design and features a plunge balcony bra, brief, thong and
suspender belt. Vintage
inspired embroidery can be found throughout the collection which contrasts
against the stunning sheer mesh base. A pretty satin bow with flower button
detail completes the collection and adds a delicate touch.
The deep
neckline of the plunge balcony bra not only creates a cleavage to die for but
it is perfect if you wanted to wear a low cut top or dress as it will not be visible
underneath. The sheer but rigid mesh and embroidered cups along with the
underwire are extremely supportive and will keep you lifted all day long. Adjustable
straps and a hook & eye fastening on the back of the bra allow you to
adjust it according to your size and preference. The bold seams on the
cups add interest and contrast against the sheer mesh backdrop and really draw
your eyes in to the centre of the bra where you can see the satin bow and
button detail. Small bows on the fronts of the straps finish off the look.
