There is an underwire to provide support and the moulded spacer cups are lightweight and allow airflow to stay breathable and fresh no matter what you are doing. The full-cup coverage encases your bust to limit movement during exercise and the adjustable straps have a J-hook in order to convert the straps to a racerback for a versatile, comfortable fit. The rear hook and eye fastening will stay secure for any activity.
