PAYMENT METHODS AND SECURITY
As we use the worldwide Nochex credit/debit card and the Paypal credit/debit card systems, you can be assured that we don't hold any credit card details on our files and your money is 100% safe. We also accept postal order payment and cheque payments (we do not recommend cash in the post) and you can post your payment to Belle-Lingerie Limited, 2nd Floor 2A Cross Crown Street Cleckheaton West Yorkshire BD19 3HW .
We comply with the the Data Protection Act and do not pass your details onto any third parties. Your address information is for the transaction only and we do not keep records for any marketing purposes and you will not receive junk mail or spam from ourselves.
POST & PACKAGING
We only charge one postage cost regardless of the amount of items that you purchase.
FREE 1st class Royal Mail/local postage service UK (proof of posting always obtained to ensure safe receipt)
£2.94 Recorded Delivery to Mainland UK.
Royal Mail/Special Delivery service UK £4.95
Delivery to Europe is £4.00 (please note that payment is required by Paypal) and delivery is expected within 1-2 weeks (Airsure can be arranged for an extra £3.00 and this is a faster, secure signed for service).
All other countries worldwide (estimated around 7-14 days): £7.95 and this is arranged by Airsure where available which is a secure signed for service. Again Paypal is the required method of payment (if you don't have a paypal account you can arrange this with paypal within a matter of days - it is a secure online payment and much better than providing your credit card details on internet websites)
Postage charges are non-refundable on returns unless the goods are faulty or we made an error and sent you an incorrect item. You are also responsible for the safe return of any returned item and we can not be held responsible for missing items returned by yourselves so please ensure you send items back by recorded delivery or at least obtain proof of posting from your post office (overseas customers will also need to ensure safe return of items and note that postage charges can not be refunded).
IMPORTANT FOR OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS - Please note that we will only refund a missing item if you have opted for insurance or Airsure (Our recommended postal service for overseas).
DELIVERY / POSTING OF YOUR ITEM(S)
Our lingerie are in stock and can be delivered as soon as your transaction has cleared - they will be posted out within 48 hours of payment being received (and cleared)
Ordinary delivery within the UK will be posted 1ST Class and within 48 hous of order if item is in stock. If you are in the UK and have requested Special Delivery of your item you will receive your order (signed for) by noon the day after your item has been posted.
Items are generally received 3-4 working days in the UK and 1-2 weeks from order date worldwide, but on a few occasions the items are ordered (upon request) specifically for you and therefore a short time is required for the item to be made. We will contact you via e-mail when your order has been despatched to you.
RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please return it in its original packaging with labels intact and unsoiled within 28 days for an exchange or credit note or refund. Refunds will be made using the same method of payment that you paid for your goods with.
Lingerie without labels or that has been worn can not be returned. We don't accept returns on knickers or thongs for hygiene reasons.
If the item you ordered from Belle Lingerie is not suitable we are happy to exchange your item (stock depending) or refund your money less postage costs and you are responsible for the postage costs for the exchanged item. It is important that you note that we must receive your item back in original perfect condition within 28 days.
We are happy to accept returns on the sale items we offer under the same terms and conditions as above.
We will process your refund as soon as we receive your item back in perfect condition (excluding thongs and knickers - not returnable)
PLEASE ENSURE that you provide transaction details with all returns as we can not trace returns without any covering information . PLEASE ALSO ENSURE that you send your item back safely via recorded post or obtain proof of posting (and keep in a safe place) so that you can make a claim for your items should they go missing.
